The MN Department of Human Services has launched the Crisis Text Line.
The Crisis Text Line offers text-based suicide prevention services across Minnesota.
People who text MN to 741741 will be connected with a counselor who will help defuse the crisis and connect the texter to local resources. This line is available 24 hours a day 7 days a week. Flyers have been hung throughout the school.

General Announcements From the Office
IMPORTANT - LEARNING MODEL CHANGE!
Thursday, November 12th & Friday, November 13th will be the last in-person student days until mid-January.
There will be no classes for students on Monday, November 16th and Tuesday, November 17th as staff prepares to start Distance Learning for all students in Kindergarten through 12th grade.
Wednesday, November 18th
will be the first day of Distance Learning for all students.
The plan is to remain in Distance Learning through January 15th.
**UPDATE**Meals
The USDA has extended its Free Summer Meals Program. All TCU district enrolled students will be offered a free breakfast and lunch each student day beginning September 14th through December or until funds are depleted.
Meal, Snack, and Milk update from Taher Food Service:
Meals: Free Meals for Ages 1-18; Curbside Pickup starting November 16
REGISTER HERE
Pick up Times: 8:45 a.m. - 9:15 a.m. OR 11:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m.
**The pre-order window for all curbside meals will close at 6:00 p.m. on Thursday for the following week.
You will only need to register once unless you have changes. All current families signed up will automatically be updated to 7-day meal packs.
We are offering 2 separate times for curbside pick up on Monday and Wednesday
**Option #1: 8:45 a.m.-9:15 a.m.
**Option #2: 11:00 a.m.-12:00 p.m.
Meals will not be available on the following dates for pick up or if the school is closed due to weather:
**November 25 (7-day meal packs sent on November 23)
**December 23 (7-day meal packs sent on December 21)
***December 28 and December 30
**January 4 (meals available for pick up on January 6)
Meals will not be available if TCU schools are closed due to weather.
Snack and Milk update from Taher Food Service
Grab-n-Go Snack:
Snacks for the remainder of the month were or will be sent home with students who have paid for this service.
Milk (Milk Break):
All accounts with a positive balance for milk will be available to use when we return to school in person.
